• The game name (for example, Mars Farm) and the version from Settings in the game.
• Your device model and iOS version.
• What happened and, if possible, a screenshot.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com. If something you bought did not arrive in the game, email us with the date of purchase and we will fix it.

Progress

Your progress is saved on your device. Deleting the game deletes the progress.
